What we believe.
Most of the work a company does is not thinking. It is deciding the same kind of thing again and again: which team gets this ticket, whether this certificate belongs to a bank, whether this engineer has the skill the client asked for. Thousands of times a day, all day.
We built VAKYN for that work. These are the beliefs behind it.
Intelligence thinks. Intuition decides.
Psychologists describe two ways of thinking. System 1 is fast and automatic: you recognize a face or see that a link looks wrong before you could say why. System 2 is slow and careful: you read the contract, check the sum, weigh the hard case. Most of your decisions are System 1, and System 2 steps in when something needs thought.
AI spent the last few years getting better at System 2. Models that reason, write and plan are real and useful. But a company's queue is mostly System 1 work, and sending every everyday case to a model that thinks out loud is like asking a lawyer to sort the mail.
VAKYN is System 1 for your systems.
An answer, not an essay
When a system asks a question, it needs an answer it can act on: yes or no, one of these options, a score. It does not need a paragraph to parse, a polite preamble, or a different format on Tuesday.
VAKYN answers typed questions with typed answers. You ask "which team?", you get billing. Nothing to parse,
nothing to clean up, nothing invented around it.
Say how sure you are
An answer without a confidence is a guess you have to trust. People who are good at their work know when they are on solid ground and when to ask someone. A decision model should too.
Every VAKYN answer carries a probability, and you can check it against your own cases: how often it is right when it says it is sure, and where it is not. That is what lets you automate the sure cases and send the unsure ones to a person or a larger model. Feeling sure is not evidence. A confidence you have checked is.
Intuition is earned on the job
Research on expert judgment (Kahneman and Klein, 2009) found that intuition becomes reliable under three conditions: a regular environment, a lot of practice, and fast, honest feedback. Firefighters and nurses earn it. So can a model.
One decision area is a regular environment. Training on many cases is the practice. Checking against your cases is the feedback. We call this the VAKYN loop: find where the model gets your work wrong, train exactly there, check again, and repeat when your work changes.
Your work is the only test that counts
General scores measure a model on someone else's questions. Models get tuned to raise them, and the scores rise faster than the usefulness. Your tickets, alerts and documents are not on anyone's leaderboard.
We prove VAKYN on your cases, show you where it is right and where it is not yet, and fix the second list.
Speed and cost are features
A decision that takes ten seconds cannot sit in the path of a request. A decision that costs a cent cannot run on every event. When each answer takes milliseconds and costs a tiny fraction of a cent, you stop sampling and start checking everything: every certificate as it is issued, every alert as it fires, every ticket as it lands.
Your data, your servers, your rules
Many of the decisions worth automating touch data that cannot leave the building: patients, employees, customers, secrets. So the models are open and the server is free. Run VAKYN on your own machines, in your own country, under your own rules. Or let us host it for you: VAKYN MAX.
Build what works
We are not building a mind. We are building the part of the system that decides, quickly and honestly, and gets better at your work every time you show it where it was wrong.
